Building Foundations: Affordable Housing Initiatives in District 1
District 1 in the County of Lake, home to communities like Middletown and Hidden Valley, is actively addressing affordable housing challenges through a series of targeted initiatives.
2 Working in conjunction with the Lake County Housing Authority and the Cobb Housing Development Corporation, the district is committed to expanding housing options and supporting vulnerable populations in securing affordable and stable housing. Environmental conservation and community safety are paramount concerns in District 1, encompassing areas like Anderson Springs and Lower Lake.

Concurrently, safety initiatives, spearheaded by law enforcement agencies and emergency services, are focused on enhancing public safety measures, emergency response protocols, and disaster preparedness strategies.
