Celebrating Dedicated County of Lake Employees 2025
Honoring Dedicated Service Across County Departments
The Fall 2025 Semi-Annual Employee Service Awards recognized the dedication of County of Lake employees across various departments. With honors for five to thirty-five years of service, the event recognized vital contributions staff make to community well-being and public service excellence.

This year’s awards, presented during the Board of Supervisors’ October 7, 2025, meeting, recognized the hard work and commitment of County of Lake employees. These acknowledgments celebrate individuals who have dedicated years of service, highlighting their contributions to the community and reinforcing the importance of their roles within the organization.

Each year, Employee Service Awards commemorate individual achievements and strengthen community ties by acknowledging the collaborative efforts of staff to enhance the quality of life for Lake County residents.

Congratulations to the following: Stephen Carter from Administrative Office; Ryan McArthur from Building and Safety; Tracy Garcia from Child Support Services; Lars Ewing and Kevin Perry from Public Works; Wendy Mondfrans from Probation; Malissa Linz, Alinda Plubell and Teresa Wold from Social Services, who each celebrated 15 years. Celebrating 20 years each were the following: Christina Gearhart from Environmental Health; Chad Holland and Peggy Perry from Jail Facilities; Francisco Batres from Parks and Recreation; and Mary Brown, Betty Hays and Charise M. Reynolds from Social Services.

The awards ceremony acknowledged outstanding services from employees. Notable recipients also included Rachel Nell from Mental Health Administration; Julianna Bisaccio from Probation; Carla Hockett from the Sheriff’s Office; and Elizabeth Martinez from Treasurer-Tax Collector, who each celebrated 25 years. Corey Paulich from the Sheriff’s Office, and Sherri Delatorre and Diana Dixon from Social Services celebrated 30 years each, and Lon Sharp from Information Technology celebrated 35 years.
